ACCOUNT ACCESS

Connected by choice.

How DealersCloud Growth handles your sign-in and Google account data.

Updated November 1, 2026

What we collect

Google sign-in supplies your verified email, account identifier and name. When you choose to connect a service, we store an encrypted authorization token, the selected account or property identifiers, and reports you request. We also store your workspace membership, website brief and an audit of workspace changes.

How we use it

We use this information to identify you, keep dealerships separate, connect the existing resources you select, and show performance reports. Analytics and Search Console request read-only permissions. Google Ads offers a broader account permission; this platform uses it only for reading account lists and reports. The platform does not create properties, change campaigns, or change advertising budgets.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. DealersCloud Growth’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where it goes

Google receives requests needed for sign-in, account discovery and reporting. Railway hosts the application and database. Authorized members of the same dealership workspace can see its selected resources and reports. Operational access is limited to what is needed to maintain this service.

Security and retention

Tokens are encrypted on the server and are not sent to website visitors. Sessions expire after one day. Account connections and the latest requested report remain until disconnected or deleted. Audit entries record actions and resource identifiers, not access tokens. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted data temporarily under the hosting provider’s retention settings.

Your choices

Connecting marketing services is optional. Owners and managers can remove a selected resource or disconnect a Google identity in Connections. Disconnecting deletes its stored token, selected resources and reports in that workspace and requests revocation from Google. Revocation may affect other Growth workspaces using the same Google identity. You can also revoke access directly in your Google account.

Contact and deletion requests

For access, correction, workspace deletion, or privacy questions, contact the platform operator at nascreative@gmail.com. Use the email associated with your workspace so the operator can verify the request.

Dealer websites

Each dealership website has its own privacy disclosures and lead handling. This policy covers the Growth management platform. It does not replace a dealership’s customer privacy notice.
